What a response!

I appreciate you all so much...

To begin, if if haven’t told you personally lately, I want you to know how very much your presence means to me. You are who I work for, and it’s my great honor to get to serve great people such as yourself. Thank you so much for being here.

On to why I’m reaching out….

When I asked who would be interested in a workshop, I never suspected to get such an amazing response!

As I looked through the 50+ hours of content, I realized I need to create smaller, more detailed workshops on separate topics, rather that one large one.

So here’s what I’m thinking:

The Systemic:

—Gut health: The Issues and Remedies to everything your gut touches (which is everything) such as: acid reflux, IBS, chronic illness, chronic allergies, brain fog, bloating, and constipation.

The Physical:

—Training: Getting the most out of your time while training, metabolism, thyroid, proper form, functional training vs. powerlifting vs. bodybuilding vs. cardio. vs HIIT

The Biochemical:

—Nutrition: Fats, Carbs, Proteins: what are they, how much do you really need of each, the differences between the types of each macro (no they are not the same)

—Peptides: the only ones you might need if you’re not a bodybuilder

The Mental:

—Mental health: What contributes to good mental health and what harms it, anxiety, depression, supplements that help, food addiction/eating disorders, and how to solve those issues (that’s a big topic)

By categorizing them, you know what aspect of yourself you’re addressing, and my guess is that it’ll be easier for you to choose the right mini-workshop for you.
